Anna Sui Fall/Winter 2021

Anna Sui's latest Fall 2021 Ready-To-Wear collection is a whimsical, psychedelic joy ride. Her fashion film, "Phantasmadelic," and the collection at large were inspired in part by wonderfully colorful late '60s to early '70s concert posters. The collection is what we imagine Woodstock festivals were like at their peak; trippy, fantastical, and fun.

Sui is right in her wheelhouse with her use of print and textile in this collection. Cow print makes a wonderful appearance in this collection in the form of outerwear that is sure to fly off the shelves. Anna's niece even contributed to one of the prints that appear on a T-shirt.

For lack of a better word, Anna Sui's latest RTW is funky. She plays with length in gauzy tea-length dresses and super-cropped capris, form with the revival of the poncho, and texture with an array of lace, velvet, and cable knit. This is only the tip of the iceberg to what Sui's latest has to offer us. It's a wonderland for the senses. Free love and fashion.
