Directed by Penelope Cruz to celebrate the launch of the brand's new website, the film follows a dying man in the desert (played by model Jon Kortajarena) as he observes a gaggle of girls as they strip off and work out in their underwear - treating the water that might keep him alive in a desperately cavalier manner.
