The star added white stiletto heels, gobstopper pearl earrings and a scarlet mani to her statement gown for the charity gala at Cipriani's Wall Street in New York, at the close of fashion week. She was joined on the red carpet by Cardi B (in an extravagant pink princess gown) and her husband Offset, A$AP Rocky and British Vogue's August cover star, Karlie Kloss, among others.
Rihanna's impressive little black book was also in evidence at her Savage X Fenty show on Tuesday night in Brooklyn, where Cara Delevingne, Joan Smalls and Laverne Cox were among the models taking part in a lingerie extravaganza that unfolded under a strict social media ban. Guests were instructed to lock away their phones in sealed bag to ensure as few details of the show – which will be screened in full on Amazon Prime on 20 September – as possible emerged.
Rihanna has promised her fans "the most bold, sexy, super energetic experience you can imagine" when her 2019 answer to the Victoria's Secret show finally airs. “We’re going even bigger and badder,” read the official brand Instagram broadcast last month. “We don’t think y’all ready…”
