The pictures featured left - which act as a preview to the exclusive calendar, the images of which will not be released until November - have a discreetly sexy feel. The gang of aesthetically-pleasing beauties are seen posing up-close to one another in a pared-down, yet beautiful, group shot - some wearing shirts and others in black jumpers - recalling Lindbergh's now famous black and white photograph of the original supermodels. Other star names to appear in the shoot include Alek Wek, Isabeli Fontana and Karolina Kurkova.

Last years calendar was shot by Steve McCurry, who famously took the striking portrait of the green-eyed Afghan Girl for the cover of the National Geographic in 1985. Previous photographers to have worked on the renowned annual project include Karl Lagerfeld and Mario Sorrenti.
