Know for his fine cuisine, which reinterprets the great classics of Italian gastronomy with panache, Massimo Bottura shines at the top of the list of the greatest chefs of the moment. Noted in the 50 best, his Osteria Francescana was named the best restaurant in the world in 2018. Since then, the Italian chef has opened a hotel and regularly collaborates with Gucci.
At the helm of the first Gucci Osteria opening in Florence, the duo continues their collaboration with a second location, this time in Beverly Hills. Located on the roof of the Italian house's boutique, the kitchen is run by Mattia Agazzi, under the direction of chef Karime López who already works in Florentine capital. With a focus on more natural produce, the menu features a tortellini with cream of Parmigiano Reggiano, the famous Emilia burger along with recipes inspired by California; all of which are prepared with organic products from local farmers' markets. The decor plunges visitors into the gleaming world of the Italian house with its Gucci Décor wallpaper, antique mirrors, red marble tables and wicker armchairs overlooking California's palm trees.
