Not since the Duchess of Cambridge´s marriage to Prince William has there been as much anticipation surrounding the designer of a wedding dress, but following her long awaited nuptials to Brad Pitt last week. Versace have claimed creation of Angelina Jolie´s bridal gown, as we predicted last week.
"Versace is honoured to announce that on August 23, 2014 Angelina Jolie chose to wear a stunning Atelier Versace creation designed by Donatella Versace in occasion of her marriage to Brad Pitt," read a statement from the brand.

While divulging specific details of the gown, the brand also revealed that Jolie's six children played a larger part in the wedding than simply being ring bearers, flower girls and aisle escorts as previously reported as their images were embroidered onto the bespoke gown.
"Angelina was perfect in a white silk-satin Atelier Versace gown gathered at the bust with elongated train, detailed with the embroidered drawings of her children that got reproduced also on the silk veil," it read. "She accessorised her stunning creation wearing a pair of white Versace silk satin pumps."
